History of Integrative Health Group
Dr. Zakaria established Integrative Health Group in 2017 in Palos Heights, IL, with the goal of being able to provide patients with better-coordinated, and more
effective healthcare. In 2020, Integrative Health Group added a full in-house laboratory, as well as onsite imaging services. In 2023, in order to provide our patients with more convenience, we opened our second medical practice location in Crestwood, IL.
Integrative Health Group continues to provide patients with superior continuity of care, through our affiliations with Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital, Silver Cross Hospital, Advocate Christ Medical Center as well as with area nursing homes and rehab facilities.
Our dedicated staff and board-certified providers are committed to providing the community with an exceptional level of care and attention, essential for preventive care, managing chronic conditions, as well as addressing acute health issues.
